He stated that the noise levels can be intolerable for his children and lack of parking has been an issue also. He added that this is not a good business for a residential neighborhood. Betty Ulmer 821 S 3rd St stated she is a long time resident and when the premises has been operating as a bar has been a nuisance. She added that there have been issues with noise, shootings, and interrupts her enjoyment of her home. She stated that parking is already an issue on the street. She added that she strongly objects.
