Analysis
This zoning change was requested by the City of Milwaukee Department of City Development and will allow the subject site to be combined in the future with 3238 West Pierce Street, zoned IL2, to facilitate the expansion of a business.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 3220 West Pierce Street, Tax Key No. 435-0008-000, from Multi-Family Residential (RM1) to Industrial Light (IL2).
