Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the proposal is to return to the 1991 look of the house as there is no documentation as to what the upper railings looked like. Staff has conditions listed in the report. Mr. Askin has one minor concern relating to the molding. Mr. Russ Rueden does think the molding, although polyurethane, does match.
