Analysis

This zoning change was requested by the Department of City Development and will allow commercial uses on the subject sites.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 3610 West Vliet Street, Tax Key No. 366-1525-000 and 3616 West Vliet Street, Tax Key No. 366-1526-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
