Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the proposal is to add a paintable, metal chimney. The vent is proposed that is as far as possible from the neighbor, but that is only about 5 feet. A chimney on the roof might be preferable, but staff has no recommendation. Amanda Betts - the neighbor has a vent to the side similar to what she is requesting.
