Whereas, On October 17, 2017, the Common Council adopted File Number 170979, a resolution directing the City Clerk to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between Yolobe, Inc., and the City of Milwaukee authorizing the City to accept, as a gift, services from Yolobe, Inc., relating to design of DirectConnectMKE (formerly Click2Work) social media platform software that facilitates connecting and communicating with youth and young adults regarding jobs, internships, training, and professional connections; and

Whereas, On December 19, 2017, the Common Council adopted File Number 171279, a resolution approving a contract between Yolobe, Inc., and the City of Milwaukee relating to administration and implementation of Click2Work; and

Whereas, Following responses from employment service experts and young adults who attended qualitative focus groups in 2018, the brand name Click2Work was replace by the brand name DirectConnectMKE: and

Whereas, Under this contract, the City Clerk’s Office agreed to the purchase of services from Yolobe, Inc., and Yolobe, Inc., agreed to supply its services to develop, update and maintain DirectConnectMKE for the City in accordance with the City’s terms and conditions, which are incorporated in the contract; and
