Analysis
This resolution authorizes settlement of litigation pending at the Equal Rights Division of the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Williams v. City of Milwaukee, ERD Case Numbers CR201500697, CR201600081, and CR201604028, cross-filed as EEOC Case Numbers 26G201500615C, 26G201600437C, 26G201600049C in the amount of Fifty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($50,000) for all damages of any nature, including compensatory damages, back pay, front pay, pension loss or other economic damages, attorney’s fees and costs, and any other claim for damages that could be brought concerning the subject matter of the litigation.

Whereas, Raushanah Williams, a former employee of the City of Milwaukee, Department of Public Works, filed the complaints in the above-captioned actions with the Equal Rights Division of the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, alleging discrimination based on sex and retaliation for engaging in protected activity, ERD Case Numbers CR201500697, CR201600081, and CR201604028, cross-filed as EEOC Case Numbers 26G201500615C, 26G201600437C, 26G201600049C: and
