Analysis
This zoning change was requested by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee and will permit development of a park at the former Menomonee Valley Airline Yards site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-901.0005. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for part of 610 South 35th Street, Tax Key No. 424-0403-000, which includes proposed Lots 2 and 3 of CSM DCD No. 2951, legal descriptions as follows:
 
That part of Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 7701, recorded on January 20, 2006 as Document No. 9169724, being Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 2655 and lands in the Northeast 1/4, Northwest 1/4, Southwest 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, the Southeast 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Town 7 North, Range 21 East, and the Northwest 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Town 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
