Analysis
This file approves a neighborhood conservation plan and a use list that will facilitate preservation of the first floor of commercial buildings as lively and contributing spaces for the Historic Mitchell Street corridor.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
