Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the Ninth Amendment to the General Planned Development known as Milwaukee Metro Center to add permitted uses for a portion of the site located on the south side of West Metro Auto Mall, west of North 107th Street, in the 5th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This amendment was requested by WP Property Acquisitions LLC to add two permitted uses (Light Manufacturing and Indoor/Outdoor Storage, provided such uses are accessory to light manufacturing uses) to Area A (south of West Metro Auto Mall) for only the undeveloped parcel located at 10851 West Metro Auto Mall.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-907(2)(a).0079.
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the procedures and establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended General Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the properties located at: 11212 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0172-000; 11301 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0112-100; 11330 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0161-000; 11100 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0171-000; 11011 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0181-000; 10821 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0183-000; 6875 North 107th Street, Tax Key No. 114-0192-000; 6865 North 107th Street, Tax Key No. 114-0193-000; 10851 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0182-000; and 6885 North 107th Street, Tax Key No. 114-0191-000, to Ninth Amendment to General Planned Development (GPD).
