All members present indicated they had done so.
The question was put: Is Stojan Coralic or his counsel present and, if so, does either wish to address the Council?
Stojan Coralic was present by his attorney, Ronald Shikora.
Ald. Bohl moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a committee of the whole for the purpose of hearing testimony in this matter.
There was no objection.
Attorney Ronald Shikora appeared and addressed the Common Council.
Asst. City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Common Council.
Ald. Bohl moved that the Committee of the Whole rise.
There was no objection.

Atty. Shikora objects to the police report as he believes it is hearsay. The objection was noted.

Robert Montemayor, 5770 Stephanie, Caledonia, owns 2873, 2014 and 2901-05 S. 13th St. He is in favor of the revocation.
Any testimony from Mr. Trostorff and Mr. Montemayor that was hearsay is struck from the record.
Stephen Robillard, 2949 S. 13th St., is in favor of the revocation.
Ald. Kovac moves to make a video submitted by Mr. Robillard labeled "October 3, Brew House, Gunfire" part of the record. Prevailed 4-1. (Ald. Bohl voting "no") Atty. Shikora objected to the submittal of the video. The objection was noted.
Ian Pesch, 4568 S. 13th St., has a tavern at 3000 S. 13th St., the building owned by Mr. Trostorff. He is in support of the revocation.
