This resolution amends Common Council File Number 241271, relating to the MKE Mobile Action App, to ensure that the documents available on the MKE Mobile Action App are translated into Spanish.

Whereas, Amendment 46 of the 2025 Budget placed a footnote in the budget “directing [City departments] to study the feasibility of having all department resources and reports available on the MKE Mobile Action app”; and
Whereas, Common Council File Number 241271, which was adopted in September 2025, directs all City departments to study the feasibility of making all their resources and reports available on the MKE Mobile Action app; and
Whereas, Spanish-language resources on the MKE Mobile Action app would benefit Milwaukee’s Spanish-speaking population by improving their ability to understand City services and to submit service requests; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council File Number 241271 is amended to ensure that the documents available on the MKE Mobile Action App are translated into Spanish.
