Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Republic Holdings, LLC and will facilitate the conversion of the existing building into an office.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 123-133 East Walker Street, Tax Key No. 431-0962-100, from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Commercial (IC).
