Analysis

This resolution approves an amendment to the indemnification agreement between the City and the Employes’ Retirement System extending the agreement until March 31, 2016.

Body

Whereas, The City and the Employes’ Retirement System desire to amend the current indemnification agreement for a term of five years commencing April 1, 2011 and expiring on March 31, 2016; and

Whereas, The indemnification agreement between the City and the Employes’ Retirement System expires on March 31, 2011; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council that the amendment to the indemnification agreement annexed to the file be and hereby is approved and the proper city officers be and hereby are authorized to execute same on behalf of the city.
