Title

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Health Department (Clinical Services Division; Community Health Division; Environmental Health Division; Policy, Innovation & Engagement Division), Library

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 220651 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department, Community Health Division, Empowering Families of Milwaukee (EFM)”, delete one position of “Health Project Coordinator - EFM (E)(X)(Y)” and add one position of “Health Project Supervisor - EFM (E)(X)(Y)”.

Under “Clinical Services Division, Laboratory”, add footnote designation “(BBB)” to one position of “Bioinformatician (XX)(BB)(FF)”, one position of “Laboratory Data Specialist (D)(AA)(PP)”, one position of “Microbiologist-Senior (X)(BB)(PP)”, one position of “Program Assistant III (X)(AA)(PP)”; and add new footnote “(BBB)” to read as follows:

“(BBB) To expire 09/30/2023 unless the Covid-19 Phylodynamics grant is extended.”

Under “Policy, Innovation & Engagement Division, Community Health Planning and Coordination”, add footnote designation “(BBB)” to one position of “Epidemiologist (T)(X)(Y)(WW)” and add new footnote “(BBB)” to read as follows:

“(BBB) To expire 09/30/2023 unless the Covid-19 Phylodynamics grant is extended.”

Under “Library, Administrative Services Decision Unit, Business Section”, add one position of “Program Assistant III (C)” and add footnote “(C)” to read as follows:

“(C) Position authority to expire 06/30/26 unless the Education & Outreach Services Support Grant, available from the Milwaukee Public Library Foundation, is exte...
