Minutes note: Kendrick Yandell now present at 9:25 A.m.
Mr. Averill would like the MPD to be involved in determining who hired the tree cutting company. Mr. Averill would like this held until more facts come to light (documents the purchaser should turn over to this board and West the Tree Guy should be compelled to talk).
Wes the Tree Guy isn't honoring a subpoena.
Mr. Owusu will provide receipts and work orders from another tree company he hired to trim trees near a fence, as well as his purchase documents.
Mr. Averill moved to hold to get more documents and to compel Wes the Tree Guy to appear in front of this Board, seconded by Mr. Yandell.
