Title

Resolution approving a Land Disposition Report for the property at 200 East Greenfield Avenue, in the 12th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This resolution will permit the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee to convey said land according to the conditions in a Land Disposition Report.

Body

Whereas, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (“RACM”) acquired 200 East Greenfield Avenue in 2015 (the “Property”); and

Whereas, RACM issued a request for proposals for the Property and selected Rule Enterprises, LLC to develop the site; and

Whereas, Authorization of proposed sale is contingent on approval by RACM at its Public Hearing to be held on December 15, 2022 as required by Wisconsin Statutes; and

Whereas, Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes and as a condition precedent to the sale, lease or transfer of land, RACM submits herewith a Land Disposition Report describing the terms and conditions of the proposed sale; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Land Disposition Report with respect to the proposed sale of the following Property, is approved:
