Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Siracusa Properties LLC and will reflect the existing residential use of the subject site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2013 South Allis Street, Tax Key No. 466-0104-000, from Industrial Light (IL2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
