Title

A substitute ordinance correcting the mixed zoning of the parcel at 110 South 44th Street in the 10th Aldermanic District and assigning the zoning of Industrial Heavy, IH, to the property.

Analysis

This zoning change was initiated by the Department of City Development as directed by a motion of the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, and will correct the mixed zoning of the subject site that occurred as the result of an Assessor's Plat that reconfigured parcel boundaries for a number of parcels subject to the plat, including creating a mixed-zoning parcel at 110 South 44th Street.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 110 South 44th Street, Tax Key No. 422-0008-000, assignment of Industrial Heavy (IH) zoning.
