Analysis

This zoning change was requested by SUR Natural Health Brands, LLC and will allow a wider mix of industrial and commercial uses on the subject site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 913 West Bruce Street, Tax Key No. 427-0135-110, from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Commercial (IC).
