Analysis
This resolution authorizes the proper City officers to execute a Quit Claim Deed (QCD-2912) conveying a sanitary sewer from a point 52 ± feet east of the easterly line of North Glenview Avenue and 29 ± feet north of the southerly line of West Hill Street to a point 10 ± feet west of the center of a sanitary manhole 392± feet east of the easterly line of North Glenview Avenue and 32± feet north of the southerly line of West Hill Street, in the 10th Aldermanic District. The sewer is being conveyed because it is no longer needed for public use.

Body
Whereas, the City of Milwaukee owns a 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer from a point 52 ± feet east of the easterly line of North Glenview Avenue and 29 ± feet north of the southerly line of West Hill Street to a sanitary manhole 392± feet east of the easterly line of North Glenview Avenue and 32± feet north of the southerly line of West Hill Street; and

Whereas, The City will convey a sanitary sewer from a point 52 ± feet east of the easterly line of North Glenview Avenue and 29 ± feet north of the southerly line of West Hill Street to a point 10 ± feet west of the center of a sanitary manhole 392± feet east of the easterly line of North Glenview Avenue and 32± feet north of the southerly line of West Hill Street; and

Whereas, the 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer main that is 10 ± feet west of the center of a sanitary manhole and 392± feet east of the easterly line of North Glenview Avenue remains under the ownership of the City.; and

Whereas, The said sewer to be conveyed no longer serves the public interest; and

Whereas, Wisconsin Lutheran High School Conference has agreed to accept ownership of said sewer, and be it
