Title
Resolution approving a Land Disposition Report for the property at 1703 West State Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This resolution will permit the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee to convey said land according to the conditions in a Land Disposition Report.
Body
Whereas, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (“RACM”) acquired 1703 West State Street in 1998 (the “Property”); and
Whereas, RACM issued a Request for Proposal for the purchase and development of the Property and selected the Three B Company LLC to develop a housing project at the Property; and
Whereas, Authorization of proposed sale is contingent on approval by RACM at its Public Hearing to be held on November 18, 2021 as required by Wisconsin Statutes; and
Whereas, Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes and as a condition precedent to the sale, lease or transfer of land, RACM submits herewith a Land Disposition Report describing the terms and conditions of the proposed sale; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Land Disposition Report dated November 8, 2021, with respect to the proposed sale of the Property, is approved.
