Minutes note: Ms. Carlen Hatala said the work was done with no COA or building permit. The owner sits on this historic Mitchell BID board and the building was built in 1941 and had a petite bulkhead. The upper left was not changed. The windows are small and now there is no bulkhead. Staff recommends the storefront be restored to its original appearance.
