Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Light, IL2, to Downtown-Mixed Activity, C9G, to allow a wider mix of uses for the property located at 1311 North 6th Street, on the north side of West McKinley Avenue, west of North 6th Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by McKinley Avenue, LLC and will allow a wider mix of uses at the subject site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1311 North 6th Street, Tax Key No. 361-2195-000, from Industrial Light (IL2) to Downtown-Mixed Activity (C9G).
