The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $9,018,800. The total estimated cost of these projects is $10,601,800.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Fairmount Ave. - N. 51st Blvd. to N. 60th St. (WT410210671) File Number 191786: Relaying water main and Extending water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $0; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $640,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $680,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

W. Lancaster Ave. - N. 31st St to N. 33rd St. (WT410210678) File Number 191786: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $0; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $150,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $165,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.
