Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential, RT4, to Detailed Planned Development, DPD for a portion of the property located at 1255 North 20th Street and the 1st Amendment to the Detailed Planned Development known as McKinley School for 2001 West Vliet Street and the northern portion of 1255 North 20th Street, located on the south side of West Vliet Street, west of North 20th Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Gorman & Company and will add a portion of 1255 North 20th Street to the DPD zoning as well as amend the DPD to change the previously approved townhouses on the north end of the site to single-family residences, and add additional parking to the south end of the school, among other changes.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the northern portion of 1255 North 20th Street, Tax Key No. 364-1211-110 (as shown in Lot 5 of CSM DCD #3283) from Two-Family Residential, RT4 to Detailed Planned Development and the 1st Amendment to the Detailed Planned Development for the northern portion of 1255 North 20th Street, Tax Key No. 364-1211-110 and 2001 West Vliet Street, Tax Key No. 364-1201-111.
