Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes traffic controls at various locations in the city.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-13-1 of the Code relating to 25 mph Speed Limits is amended by adding the following:
North Farwell Avenue between East Bradford Avenue and East Brady Street
East North Avenue between North Humboldt Avenue and North Lake Drive
Part 2. Section 101-13-2 of the Code relating to 30 mph Speed Limits is amended by striking the following:
“North Farwell Avenue between East Bradford Avenue and East Brady Street”
“East North Avenue between North Humboldt Avenue and North Lake Drive”
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
“On West Holt Avenue at South 19th Street”
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On West Finn Place at North 16th Street
On West Holt Avenue at South 19th Street
On South Pine Avenue at East Montana Street
On South Quincy Avenue at East Montana Street
On West Warnimont Avenue and South 80th Street in all directions
Part 5. Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Ways is amended by striking the following:
“On East State Street from the Milwaukee River to North Market Street westbound”
“On West State Street from the Milwaukee River to North 6th Street westbound”
