This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $194,000 with the total cost estimated to be $4,483,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:


4th Aldermanic District

E. Mason St. - N. Broadway to N. Milwaukee St. (SM495190030) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $96,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.

6th Aldermanic District

W. Burleigh St. - N. 14th St. to N. Teutonia Ave. (SM495190042) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $169,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.

N. Teutonia Ave. - W. Nash St. to N. 21st St. (SM495190041) Relaying storm sewer.
(Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $359,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.
