After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $424,300 with the total cost estimated to be $4,907,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Villard Ave. - N. 45th St. to N. 47th St. (WT410200613) Relaying water main. Replace lead services with copper as necessary. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $3,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $165,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.

N. 26th St. - W. Ruby Ave. to W. Glendale Ave. (WT410200673) Relaying water main. Replace lead services with copper as necessary. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $3,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $165,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.
