This resolution grants an easement to the Wisconsin Electric Power Company, for the
construction, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and extension of underground utility facilities, conduit and cables, electric pad-mounted transformers, manhole, electric pad-mounted switch-fuse units, electric pad-mounted vacuum fault interrupter, concrete slabs, power pedestals, riser equipment, terminals and markers, together with all necessary and appurtenant equipment under and above ground as deemed necessary by Grantee, all to transmit electric energy, signals, television and telecommunication services, including the customary growth and replacement thereof at 2275 North Lincoln Memorial Drive (Milwaukee Water Works North Point Pumping Station).

Whereas, the Wisconsin Electric Power Company provides electric energy, signals, television, and telecommunication services to the City of Milwaukee owned property at 2275 North Lincoln Memorial Drive (Milwaukee Water Works North Point Pumping Station); and

Whereas, The Wisconsin Electric Power Company requires a permanent easement, as shown on Exhibit “A” and described on Exhibit “B” of the attached easement document, on said property; and

Whereas, the Department of Public Works has reviewed the above document; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said easement document, a copy of which has been made part of this file, is hereby approved and granted to the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and the proper City officials, including the Commissioner of Public Works, are hereby ...
