Whereas, The City has agreed to settle the claim of Bartlett Oakland LLC in the amount of $27,170.18, and
Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are directed to issue a City check in the amount of $27,170.18, payable to the order of Bartlett Oakland LLC, c/o American Family Insurance, by its representative Sarah A. Crose, Subrogation Senior Adjuster, 6000 American Parkway, Madison, Wisconsin, 53783-0001, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of release of claim, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to (DA)636506-0001-1490-2631-S118.
