Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Fairmount Ave., N. 51st St. and N. 53rd St. (SM499180006): File Number 171854: Install permeable pavers (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $129,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $130,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

N. 27th St.-- W. Capitol Dr. to W. Roosevelt Dr. (SM499180008) File Number 171854: Bioretention maintenance contract (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $20,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $21,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.
