Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the First Amendment to the Detailed Planned Development known as North Meadows, Stage 4 (commonly known as the Woodlands Condominiums), to permit construction of a multi-purpose community building on land located west of 8921 North Swan Road (91st Street), on the west side of North Swan Road, north of West Brown Deer Road, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This amendment was requested by the Woodlands Condominium Homeowner's Association and will permit construction of a community building on the open space west of the existing condominium buildings within Stage 4.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907 of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject Detailed Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the properties located within the North Meadows Planned Development, and specifically for the properties within the Stage 4 area, including the properties located at: 8901-A North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1001-000; 8901-J North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1009-000; 8901-B North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1002-000; 8901-E North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1005-000; 8901-K North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1010-000; 8901-H North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1008-000; 8901-F North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1006-000; 8901-G North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1007-000; 8901-C North Swan Road, Tax Key No. 034-1003-000; 8901-D North Swan Road...
