Title

A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-9.5 of the Code relating to No Loitering on Medians is amended by adding the following:

At the intersection of West Park Hill Avenue and North 35^th Street

Part 2. Section 101-13 of the Code relating to 35mph Speed Limits is amended by striking the following:

“South 60^th Street between West Kinnickinnic Parkway and West Cold Spring Road”

“South 60^th Street between West Oklahoma Avenue and West Forest Home Avenue”

“South 60^th Street from the north City Limits just south of West Arthur Avenue to the south City Limit”

Part 3. Section 101-13-2 of the Code relating to 30mph Speed Limits is amended by adding the following:

South 60^th Street between West Kinnickinnic Parkway and West Cold Spring Road

Part 4.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:

On West Calumet Road at West Port Avenue

On West Mt Vernon Avenue at North 63^rd Street

On West Burnham Street and South 31^st Street in all directions

On West Roundhouse Road and South 33^rd Court in all directions
