WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (Authority) by adoption of Resolution No. 12725, on November 11, 2015, authorized and approved the entering into of a contract between Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) and the Authority for hazardous materials and environmental hazards management consulting services at various sites; and

WHEREAS, Professional Service Industries, Inc. has performed the services satisfactorily during the first and second years, and it is in the best interests of the Authority to extend their contract at the same terms and conditions of the original contract;

WHEREAS, PSI has agreed to renew the Contract at the same rates, terms, and conditions as the original contract;

WHEREAS, PSI triggered Section 3 with a need to subcontract and has subcontracted 34% with a Section 3 and MBE business. As a result of subcontracting in excess of 25% to a Section 3 Business Concern, PSI is a Section 3 Business and the entire dollar amount of the contract is counted towards Section 3; now, therefore, be it
