So he told the security guard to spray pepper spray in the air. He added that the husband came to remove the woman involved in the incident. He added that because the husband removed his wife, he did not call the police. He stated that it wasn't a physical altercation. He added that he is more mature now and he has a security guard on premises every day, and two on the weekends. He stated that he will hire a private security firm to prevent further incidents. Individuals appearing: Ald. Perez stated the area is challenged and the applicant is a nice guy, he has concerns because the applicant blames the neighborhood for the incidents. He recommended a minimal suspension based on the police report and applicant testimony. Ald. Zielinski stated the applicant should have called the police regarding the incident. He recommended that the applicant hire a female security guard to handle fights between female patrons. He also recommended that the applicant work with a security firm to get some help with the incidents that have occurred at the premises, and to prepare for and prevent future incidents. Ald. Bohl stated the applicant needs to be at the premises and not serve patrons who are already intoxicated. He added that if the applicant has further shots fired incidents the premises may not be open much longer. Ald.
