Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Cristo Rey Jesuit High School and will accommodate the redevelopment of the site located at 1818 West National Avenue into a school.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1818 West National Avenue, Tax Key No. 433-9927-111, from Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Institutional (TL).
