Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Regional Business, RB1, to Industrial-Light, IL1, to allow light industrial uses at 8825 North 76th Street, located on the west side of North 76th Street, north of West Brown Deer Road, in the 9th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Auto Transtech, Inc. and will allow the existing building at 8825 North 76th Street to be utilized for light industrial purposes.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 8825 North 76th Street, Tax Key No. 032-0091-000, from Regional Business (RB1) to Industrial-Light (IL1).
