Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North Astor Street from East Ogden Avenue to a point 60 feet south thereof at any time”
“On the east side of North Hackett Avenue from East Linwood Avenue to East Kenwood Boulevard from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the east side of North Water Street from North Milwaukee Street to North Jackson Street from 3:30 to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday and where no parking is in effect”
“On the east side of South 16th Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Lapham Boulevard from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the west side of South 16th Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Lapham Boulevard from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Hackett Avenue from East Linwood Avenue to East Kenwood Boulevard from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
In the alley bounded by West Juneau Avenue, West McKinley Avenue, North 21st Street and North 22nd Street
On the east side of North Water Street from a point 450 feet north of East Pleasant Street to a point 35 feet north thereof
On the east side of North 27th Street from a point 180 feet north of West Garfield Avenue to a point 185 feet north of West Meinecke Avenue
On the west side of North 27th Street from West Garfield Avenue to a point 150 feet north of West Meinecke Avenue
On the west side of North 100th Street from a point 105 feet north of West Marion Street to a point 60 feet north thereof...
