Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North 33rd Court from a point 225 feet north of West Roundhouse Road to a point 150 feet north thereof”
“On the south side of East Hamilton Street from the west curb line of North Warren Avenue to a point 70 feet west thereof, at any time”
“On the south side of West Windlake Avenue from South 16th Street to South 19th Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM”
“On the north side of East Brady Street from North Farwell Avenue to a point 60 feet east thereof at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Brady Street from North Farwell Avenue to a point 150 feet east
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On South 15th Place from West Euclid Avenue to West Ohio Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”
“On the north side of West Townsend Street between North 35th Street and North 36th Street”
“On the north side of West Townsend Street from the alley east of North 36th Street to North
37th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”
“On West Melvina Street from North 35th Street to North 36th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the west side of North 35th Street from West Vienna Avenue to West Nash Street”
“On the west side of North 35th Street between West Vienna Avenue to West Melvina Street”
“On the west side of North 35th Street between West Melvina Street and West Capitol Drive”
