Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

 parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 33^rd Court from a point 225 feet north of West Roundhouse Road to a point 150 feet north thereof”

“On the south side of East Hamilton Street from the west curb line of North Warren Avenue to a point 70 feet west thereof, at any time”

“On the south side of West Windlake Avenue from South 16^th Street to South 19^th Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM”

“On the north side of East Brady Street from North Farwell Avenue to a point 60 feet east thereof at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Brady Street from North Farwell Avenue to a point 150 feet east

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South 15^th Place from West Euclid Avenue to West Ohio Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”

“On the north side of West Townsend Street between North 35^th Street and North 36^th Street”

“On the north side of West Townsend Street from the alley east of North 36^th Street to North

37^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

“On West Melvina Street from North 35^th Street to North 36^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of North 35^th Street from West Vienna Avenue to West Nash Street”

“On the west side of North 35^th Street between West Vienna Avenue to West Melvina Street”

“On the west side of North 35^th Street between West Melvina Street and West Capitol Drive”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of East Smith Street from South Howell Avenue to South Kinnickinnic Avenue”

“On the south side of East Stewart Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Allis Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On West Grantosa Drive from West Appleton Avenue to North 92^nd Street

On West Roosevelt Drive from North 54^th Street to North 60^th Street

On West Windlake Avenue from South 16^th Street to South 20^th Street
