Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South Shore Drive from East Nock Street to East Estes Street
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South Shore Drive from East Estes Street to East Nock Street at any time”
“On West Lawn Avenue from the east curb line of North 24th Street to a point 60 feet east”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Juneau Avenue from a point 85 feet east of North 50th Place to a point 45 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 Pm Monday through Friday
On West Blue Mound Court from a point 140 feet west of West Blue Mound Road to a point 40 feet west thereof
On the north side of East Euclid Avenue from a point 130 feet west of South Mabbett Avenue to a point 40 feet west thereof from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday
On the south side of East Fernwood Avenue from a point 60 feet east of South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 55 feet east thereof from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday
On the west side of North Broadway from a point 180 feet south of East Michigan Street to a point 20 feet south thereof
On the north side of West Howard Avenue from a point 280 feet west of South 27th Street to a point 25 feet west thereof
On the north side of West Howard Avenue from a point 785 feet west of South 27th Street to a point 25 feet west thereof
On the east side of North 51st Street from West Galena Street to West Washington Boulevard
