Analysis
This ordinance provides that:

1. An applicant for an ice cream peddler license, escort license, direct seller license or public passenger vehicle driver’s license shall be required to submit only one photograph of the applicant to the city clerk with the license application, rather than 2 photographs, as currently required. Also, a photograph or other graphic representation shall no longer be required as part of an application for a pushcart.

2. Consistent with provisions for other license types, no pawnbroker’s license or secondhand dealer’s license shall be issued unless the applicant has continuously resided in Wisconsin for at least 90 days prior to the date of application (the current requirement is one year).
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 68-43-3-d of the code is amended to read:

68-43. Ice Cream Peddler License.

3. APPLICATION.

d. [[Two recent photographs]] >>One recent photograph<< suitable in size and form, as determined by the city clerk, for inclusion on the applicant’s official license. [[One photograph shall be attached to the license when issued, and the other photograph shall be filed with the application with the city clerk.]]

Part 2. Section 89-9-2 of the code is amended to read:

89-9. Application for Escort License.

2. APPLICATION. Any person desiring an escort license shall file a written application with the city clerk on a form to be provided by the city clerk. Any applicant for an escort license shall furnish all information required by s. 89-7-2 as well as a description of the applicant's height, weight, color of eyes and color of hair. The applic...
