After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $690,000 with the total cost estimated to be $19,153,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 76th St. - 110 feet north of W. Leon Terr. To 140 feet north of W. Sheridan Ave. (SM495160031): Relaying storm sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $184,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

E. Chicago St. - N. Water St. to N. Milwaukee St. (SM495160030): Combined sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $25,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $1,000,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

W. Highland Ave. - Old World Third St. to N. 4th St. (WT410170623): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $5,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $10,000).
