Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Becher Street from a point 110 feet east of South 7th Street to a point 50 feet east thereof

On the south side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 14th Street to a point 50 feet west

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Manitoba Street from South 50th Street to South 51st Street”

Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Howell Avenue from East Smith Street to a point 50 feet south

On the west side of South Howell Avenue from East Smith Street to a point 50 feet north

On the north side of West Wilbur Avenue from South Clement Avenue to a point 50 feet west

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North Bartlett Avenue from East Bradford Avenue to East Webster Place, excepting Saturdays and Sundays”

Part 5. Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North 32nd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Park Hill Avenue”

Part 6. Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On North 32nd Street from West Michigan Street to West Park Hill Avenue

Part 7. Section 101-26.5-1 of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - 4 or More Inches is amended by adding the following:
