Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Becher Street from a point 110 feet east of South 7^th Street to a point 50 feet east thereof

On the south side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 14^th Street to a point 50 feet west

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Manitoba Street from South 50^th Street to South 51^st Street”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Howell Avenue from East Smith Street to a point 50 feet south

On the west side of South Howell Avenue from East Smith Street to a point 50 feet north

On the north side of West Wilbur Avenue from South Clement Avenue to a point 50 feet west

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North Bartlett Avenue from East Bradford Avenue to East Webster Place, excepting Saturdays and Sundays”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 32^nd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Park Hill Avenue”

Part 6.  Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On North 32^nd Street from West Michigan Street to West Park Hill Avenue

Part 7.  Section 101-26.5-1 of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - 4 or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Booth Street from East Hadley Street to East Locust Street

On the south side of East Linus Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Logan Avenue

Part 8.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Homer Street from South Williams Street to South Lenox Street
