Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

W. Custer Ave. - N. 60th St. to N. 64th St. (ST211150212) File Number 150848: Install traffic calming devices. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $16,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

E. Clybourn St. - N. Milwaukee St. to N. Van Buren St. (WT410140620) File Number 150617: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $150,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $515,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.
