Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

W. Custer Ave. - N. 60th St. to N. 64th St. (ST211150212) File Number 150848: Install traffic calming devices. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $16,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

E. Clybourn St. - N. Milwaukee St. to N. Van Buren St. (WT410140620) File Number 150617: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $150,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $515,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.
E. Clybourn St. - N. Van Buren St. to N. Harbor Dr. (WT410150704) File Number 150617: Relaying water main and water main extension. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $250,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $600,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

College Ave. (Portions in the City of Oak Creek) (SM495150085) File Number 090761 (SM495090110) (SW170070115): Install new storm sewer in the County-State paving project (ST320040501) (2505-06-70) area. City Share Non-assessable Sewer Fund (SM495150085 -- $60,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $80,300. This project was completed during the 2010 construction season.

E. Rusk Ave. - S. Kinnickinnic Ave. to a point west (ST214150104) File Number 150848: Concrete alley replacement, replace curb and gutter, walk, and driveway as necessary. (Developer Paving Fund -- $31,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $35,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

Lloyd St. (SM499150109) File Number 150848: Stormwater improvements (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $54,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $55,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is authorized to use the funding as specified in the above description of work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
