This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
Board of Zoning Appeals, Department of City Development, Health Department, Department of Neighborhood Services, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140624 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department, Family and Community Health Services Division, Empowering Families of Milwaukee Program”; delete one position of “Family and Community Wellness Manager (X)(E)”; add one position of “Family and Community Wellness Manager (X)(E)(Y)”; amend footnote “(E)” to read as follows:

“To expire 09/30/16 unless the Family Foundations Comprehensive Home Visiting Grant is extended.”;

Amend footnote “(AAA)” to read as follows:

“To expire 07/31/16 unless the HIV Risk Reduction Grant from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is extended. A portion of the Nurse Practitioner position may be funded by the Dual Protection Grant.”;

Amend footnote “(EEE)” to read as follows:

“To expire 06/30/16 unless the Healthy Birth Outcomes Grant from United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County is extended.”; and

Amend footnote “(PPP)” to read as follows:

“To expire 9/30/2016 unless the Plain Talk-Prep for Youth Grant from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services is extended.”.

Under “Department of Public Works - Operations Division, Sanitation Section, Field Operations, delete seven positions of “Sanitation Yard Attendant, delete designation “(B)” in its entirety, add fifteen positions of “Sanitation Yard Attendant”, and delete the name “Richard Juno” under footnot...
