The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130420 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under “Health Department, Family and Community Health Services, Women’s, Infant’s and Children’s Nutrition Program Grant (C)”, delete one position of “Nutritionist (X)(C)(Q)” and add two positions of “Nutritionist (X)(C)(Q)”.
Under “Communications & Public Relations”, delete one position of “Graphic Designer II (X)”.
Under “Finance”, delete one position of “Program Assistant II” and add one position of “Accounting Assistant II”.
Under “Human Resources”, delete one position of “Human Resource Analyst - Senior” and add one position of “Human Resource Analyst - Senior (X)”.
Under “Clinic Operations”, delete two positions of “Accounting Assistant II”, add one position of “Accounting Assistant II”, and add one position of “Program Assistant II (X)”.
Under “Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Division, Home Environmental Health, Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration Grants (HUD)(RR)”, delete four positions of “Lead Risk Assessor II (X)(RR)” and add three positions of “Lead Risk Assessor II (X)(RR)”.
Under “Bioterrorism-CDC Public Health Preparedness Grant (A)”, delete one position of “Health Project Coordinator - Public Health Surveillance (X)(Y)(A)(P)(T)”.
Under “Consumer Environmental Health”, delete one position of “Infectious Disease Epidemiologist (X)(Y)(S)”; delete footnotes “(M), (AA), and (UU); and change footnote “(DDD)” to read as follows:
